Location
Burnaby is centrally located in the heart of Greater Vancouver, providing easy access to downtown Vancouver, the North Shore Mountains, Whistler to the north and the Vancouver International Airport, which is just 20 minutes south from Burnaby’s city centre.
Climate
Burnaby, located in the Southwest corner of British Columbia, provides ideal competitive conditions year-round. With moderate temperatures throughout the year (daily highs ranging from 5 degrees Celsius to 23 degrees Celsius/42 degrees Fahrenheit to 74 degrees Fahrenheit), Burnaby presents idyllic outdoor sporting opportunities through the four seasons.
