New to the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts is the Monday Night Film Series, with films straight from the Toronto International Film Festival. This three-part mini series is just one of Burnaby's many Arts & Culture offerings this spring.

Every other Monday beginning April 27, The Shadbolt Centre for the Arts will show a film as part of its three-film mini series in partnership with Film Circuit.

The dates and movies are as follows:
April 27, 7:00pm - Bottle Shock
The story of the early days of California wine making, featuring the now infamous, blind Paris wine tasting of 1976 that has come to be known as "Judgement of Paris"

May 11, 7:00pm - Outsourced 2007
After his entire department is outsourced, an American novelty products salesman heads to India to train his replacement.

May 25, 7:00pm - Happy Go Lucky.
A free-spirited school teacher brings an unsinkable and nearly unfathomable optimism to every situation she encounters in a comedy about life, love and knowing how to have fun.
