About Executive Chef Jason Mok
Jason was born in Hong Kong in 1978.
In 1992, he immigrated to Canada. Jason started his career at the age of 16 when he started helping out in his family’s pizza restaurant.
He studied culinary arts at VCC and worked in many renowned restaurants and hotels.
His mantra for food is: For every dish created, there is a story behind it.
